By using Tokoscope ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tokoscope, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tokoscope provides LLM token usage monitoring, prompt auditing, compression, and cost attribution tools via a web dashboard and SDK. Features include usage analytics, waste scoring, automatic prompt compression, and budget alerts.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and account credentials
• You must not share your API key publicly or with unauthorized parties
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to abuse or overload third-party LLM APIs
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the dashboard

5. Free and Paid Plans

Tokoscope offers a free tier with limited usage and paid plans with expanded features. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Tokoscope, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tokoscope name, logo, dashboard, and SDK are owned by Tokoscope. The open-source SDK is licensed under MIT. You retain ownership of your prompt data and usage information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that cost savings estimates will be accurate for your specific use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tokoscope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to LLM API costs incurred by your application.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@tokoscope.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
