Tokoscope ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect the following types of information:

Account information — email address and authentication data when you sign up
Usage data — token counts, costs, model names, and endpoint identifiers sent by the Tokoscope SDK
Prompt previews — the first 100 characters of prompts for display purposes
Full prompts — only when you have compression enabled, used to generate compressed versions
Analytics — page views and interactions via Google Analytics

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the Tokoscope dashboard and SDK
To calculate token costs and waste scores
To generate compressed prompt suggestions
To send product updates and waitlist communications via email
To monitor platform health and prevent abuse

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) infrastructure located in the United States. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections and access controls.

4. Prompt Data

We treat your prompt data with the highest level of care. Prompts sent through the SDK are used solely to provide the Tokoscope service — waste scoring and compression. We do not use your prompts to train AI models or share them with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

Google Firebase — authentication and data storage
Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics
Loops.so — email communication
Anthropic — prompt compression (Claude API)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@tokoscope.com.
